Sales & Counter Positions
Sales and Counter Positions require dedicated sales associates with some basic computer knowledge of the Windows Operating System. All necessary training for the software that we use will be provided. Past retail sales experience is a plus along with general automotive knowledge. Aftermarket parts and accessory experience is preferred but not required. Some travel between stores may be required on a minimal basis.

Installation
Installation positions require dedicated associates that will treat every vehicle that enters the shop like their own. We handle many high-end trucks, cars and SUV's on a day to day basis and they require special treatment. While most of the accessories that we sell are "Bolt-On", we do also have "Custom" installs that require experience with automobiles and accessories to give the customer's vehicle the special look they are going for.
Installation positions require experience with aftermarket and automotive parts and accessories, and also must know their way around a tool box. Every location is equipped with every tool and gadget that you will need for just about every part in our catalog so personal tools or tool sets are not required. Electrical accessory installation such as Remote Starters and Alarm system experience is a plus. Also, any retail sales experience is an added bonus to help out when we get swamped. Asst. Managers
Assistant Store Manager positions require management experience along with retail sales knowledge. The Asst. Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the store and staff. Scheduling of installations and staff, purchasing, ordering and receiving of products and supplies and also assisting customers will be required.
Asst. Manager positions are open in every location and are all Full-Time only positions. Competitive wages, advancement possibilities and bonus programs are in place for every position.
Store Managers
Store Manager positions require management experience along with retail sales knowledge. Store managers report directly to the owner and are responsible for their store and everything that goes on in it. They will be responsible for watching over inventory, purchasing and receiving along with hours and scheduling. The store manager will also work directly with the vendors and warehouses to ensure that the best discounts and prices are in place to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
Store managers will also be responsible for the many dealer accounts that we have along with acquiring new accounts to help grow the business. The Store manager should know what is going on at all times along with keeping their team up to date with all changes and updates about the company.

Outside Sales Manager
The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the current dealer accounts that are in place and also making contacts to secure new accounts to help grow the business. Strong Communication skills along with a great personality and sales experience are a definite plus as this will be the company's representative to the accounts.
The Outside Sales Manager should have a general knowledge of automotive accessories as this will make it easier to relate to the customer's needs. The OSM will need to set up accounts and pricing structures for the dealers and make sure that they are all kept in good standing. This position will be in direct contact with each store manager and the owner to keep everyone up to date.
